Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CREATIVE WEB ADVERTISING (UK) LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as CWA Europe, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

CREATIVE WEB ADVERTISING (UK) LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 06346288), registered office SVS House, Oliver Grove, London, SE25 6EJ, United Kingdom. Contact: info [at] cwa-europe [dot] eu, +44 (0)207 099 61 58. ICO registration number: C1954702.

What data we collect and why

  • Contact form & email enquiries. When you submit our contact form or email us we process your name, email address, subject and message, so we can respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (handling your enquiry); or steps prior to entering a contract.
  • Security & server data. Our security and delivery provider (Cloudflare) and our server process technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and available, including the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check on our forms and login. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (network and information security).
  • Analytics. We use self-hosted Matomo, configured in a privacy-friendly way: it sets no cookies, anonymises your IP address, and honours your browser’s Do-Not-Track setting. The data is aggregated and not used to identify you. Because of this configuration it does not require your consent. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (understanding aggregate site usage).

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies and our analytics is cookieless. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Who we share data with (processors)

We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, security and Turnstile.
  • Zoho Corporation — outbound email delivery for our forms and correspondence.
  • Our hosting provider — website hosting.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our legitimate business records, and no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is aggregated/anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact us at info [at] cwa-europe [dot] eu. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ico.org.uk, or, if you are in the EU, your local data protection authority.
