How does your PPC management fee work — is it a flat fee or a percentage of spend?
We typically work on a flat monthly management fee rather than a percentage of ad spend, which means our incentives are aligned with your results rather than with pushing you to spend more. The fee reflects the number of accounts, campaigns, and platforms being managed, and we agree this upfront so there are no hidden costs. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google, Microsoft, or the relevant platform.
Which paid advertising platforms do you work with?
Our core specialisms are Google Ads (including Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max), and Microsoft Advertising. We also work with paid social platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn where that is part of a broader strategy. If you are unsure which channels make most sense for your goals and budget, we will give you an honest recommendation during the initial consultation.
How quickly will I see results from PPC?
Paid search can drive traffic from day one of a live campaign, but the first four to eight weeks are typically a learning and optimisation phase where the algorithms gather data and we refine bids, audiences, and creative. Realistic expectations and a sufficient test budget are important — we will set these out clearly so you understand what to expect at each stage.
How do you report on campaign performance and how often?
You receive a clear monthly performance report covering the metrics that matter to your business — conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and so on — alongside a plain-English commentary explaining what has happened and what we are doing next. We also set up live dashboards so you can check in whenever you like, and we are always available for a call if you want to talk through the numbers.
Can you take over management of existing campaigns, or do you only build from scratch?
We regularly inherit and turn around existing accounts as well as building new ones. We start with a thorough audit to identify what is working, what is wasting spend, and what structural changes are needed before we take over management. This audit process means we can hit the ground running and you will have a clear picture of where things stand before we begin.
