Website Design & Build

CMS & training

An easy-to-edit content system, handed over with guidance so your team stays in control.

Your website, in your hands — a manageable content system with real support

A website that requires a developer to update a phone number or swap a team photo is not a finished product — it is a dependency. CWA Europe builds content management systems around the editing experience your team will actually face, not the one that was convenient to build. That means selecting and configuring the right platform for the scale and complexity of the site, structuring the editing interface so that common tasks are obvious and uncommon ones are hard to break, and delivering a system that a non-technical person can use with confidence on day one.

We most commonly work with WordPress, configured with a block-based or custom field approach depending on the editorial workflow required. Page templates are built so that editors control real content — text, images, links, structured data blocks — while the design constraints that protect visual consistency are enforced at the theme level. Editors cannot accidentally choose an off-brand font or break the layout of a section by entering too much text. Guardrails are built in, not explained away in a handover document and then forgotten.

Training is included as a structured session, not an informal walkthrough on the last day of the project. We record a site-specific screencast covering the tasks your team will perform most often, and we provide a concise written reference document. For the first month post-launch, we remain available to answer questions and address any content edge cases that emerge once real editorial use begins. The goal is genuine independence: your team should be able to manage and grow the site without returning to us for routine content changes — though we are always available when the project scope expands.

  • Editorially appropriate CMS setup. Platform and interface configured around the tasks your team will actually perform.
  • Design-safe editing environment. Templates and field constraints that protect visual consistency without restricting real content.
  • Recorded training session. Site-specific screencasts covering the most common editorial workflows.
  • Written reference guide. A concise, task-based document your team can return to without needing to contact an agency.
  • Post-launch support window. One month of follow-up availability to address questions as real editorial use begins.

Handover is not the end of the relationship — it is the point at which your team takes ownership of a tool that was built to serve them.
